Fresh Pineapple Juice for Weight Loss

Did you know that a glass of fresh pineapple juice is one of the most effective fruit juice recipes for weight loss? This is because fresh pineapples are packed with essential nutrients and enzymes that can aid with the proper digestion, most especially the dietary fibers which may help prevent digestion problems such as constipation and diarrhea. Through proper digestion, our metabolism will be regularized, and this can help us achieve our healthy weight.

Below is a simple cocktail recipe less the alcohol, which can surely aid with weight loss.

Pine Coco Lada

Ingredients Needed:

1 cup fresh pineapple slices

1/2 cup coconut meat

1/2 cup coconut water

What to do:

1. Process juicing of the pineapples first in a juice extractor. Then add the coconut meat, and extract juice again.

2. Transfer to a glass, then add the coconut water and stir slightly.

3. Best served with ice cubes. Makes one serving.

It is really important to have your own juice extractor to be able to make this juice recipe more conveniently. With the ingredients mentioned above, a regular centrifugal juicer will do, which is the cheapest juicing machine in the market. There are plenty of brands and models of centrifugal juicers these days, and choosing the one that will meet our budget is made more possible.
